Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

The meaning of "Creek Time" to us is slowing down and soaking in the small and meaningful things on this earth. Please come indulge on your private deck with comfy lounge furniture, hot tub, herb garden, and BBQ all surrounded by trees. Enjoy a good night's sleep on a luxurious king-size bed in a unique loft with a skylight to star gaze. Relax and unwind in a beautiful rain shower bathroom. The back deck features an electric hot tub and a projector to screen outdoor movies. The large front deck has a cowboy wood cold tub and electric dry/wet sauna with water views. Renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms + den with new pullout. 3 minute drive from groceries & liquor store

Please note our home is ideal for families or couples with an incredible loft area for kids or additional adults. A limited noise after ten policy applies and our caretaker resides in a separate unit below.

The property was designed to capture the spectacular view from every room and sits high on the bluff above Howe Sound, 5 minutes from  the Langdale Ferry Terminal.  It is nestled among mature gardens and trees affording privacy. The accommodation is the top level of my large spacious home. There are two tenanted suites below on the ground floor. A quiet location ideal for a 'work from home',  retreat. The Sunshine Coast Highway is close by to whisk you along the spectacular coast line

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, observe the wildlife including eagles, sea otters, herons and occasionally whales and dolphins!
