The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Snape Maltings, Minsmere RSPB, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Sutton Hoo Saxon burial site and thousands of acres of wild heathland and pine woodland walks are all on the doorstep. EV Charger

The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The Moat Barn with a Countryside View

Moat Barn is located in the beautiful and quiet Suffolk countryside. The accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. A large private balcony with views overlooking fields and sunsets. The bedroom has a superking sized bed, linen bedding and a 2nd set of patio doors onto the balcony. A great base for walks in the surrounding countryside and for visiting nearby coastline. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and furry companions.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for working away from home, an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

Pea Pod self-contained glamping in Suffolk

Pea pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm. We made the pods ourselves from scratch so we really know them inside and out. It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. Pea Pod is finished to a high standard and finished off with colourful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen to give each guest a fabulous night's sleep. We are so excited to start meeting new people who are keen to visit the area and see what Suffolk has!

Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

A large, immaculate and stylishly converted old farm building set in calm and gentle rolling Suffolk countryside. A high wooden beamed vaulted ceiling and perfectly polished real oak Parquet floor throughout creates a precision, organic and rural feel to this luxurious space. From large folding doors both the kitchen/dining area and bedroom face into a private terraced and lawned west-facing courtyard with views over the adjacent field to create the ultimate in-out dynamic.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

Squirrel Self Catering Holiday Lodge

Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Squirrel isn't available, please check Woodpecker). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using the double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

The Cowshed is a lovingly converted stylish single storey barn providing luxury spacious self catering, child & pet friendly accommodation with a large enclosed private garden. Situated up a bridleway 1/4 mile from a single track lane this is the perfect quiet escape. Enjoy walking the numerous footpaths straight from your door taking in the wildlife and countryside views. Located within easy access to Woodbridge, Framlingham and the Heritage Coast.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Al's Shack

A perfect bolthole away from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in the Suffolk countryside is our secluded shepherds hut, sauna and swimming pond, close to Grundisburgh and bustling Woodbridge's farmer’s market, foodie hotspots, and river walks. Bring your bikes and enjoy the romance of a torchlit stroll back from the pub, or gaze at Suffolk's big starry skies by the fire. And a piping hot outdoor shower awaits in the morning!
