Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

We are located in the Jackson's Gap/Dadeville area of Lake Martin. Great location & convenient to everything! Boat ramp 1.5 miles away & there is room at the house to park your boat trailer! We have 2 kayaks & a canoe to enjoy on the water. Wonderful restaurants & it's close to everything you will need! 25% discount for returning renters!

This unique cottage is a great getaway with ample parking for cars and boats. It is located 3 miles up the road from Paces Point boat ramp. New Waters church is 1-1/2 miles away. 30 minutes from Auburn and located centrally for all activities on the lake. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two “locals choice” restaurants are within 2 miles and many more around this area of the lake. Our kitchen is a small efficiency WITHOUT a dishwasher but has all the pots, pans and things needed.
