You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Idéalement situé sur l’axe Thônes-Faverges, il se trouve à proximité des stations de ski(La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Manigod) et du lac d’Annecy. Que vous soyez sportif ou"farniente", vous êtes au bon endroit ! Pensé pour 4 personnes (2 lits doubles).

Villa sécurisée avec piscine , équipée de système d’alarme, . Capacité d'hébergement de 12 personnes , parking privatif 3 voitures dans la propriété. Table de ping-pong, panier de basket pour enfants, terrain de pétanque non privatif à l’extérieur de la villa. Centre ville et lac à pied (30m' environ). Proximité station de ski à 30m' en voiture. Réservation 7 jours minimum du samedi au samedi pour la période du 4 Juillet au 28 Août 2026 (4 personnes mini)

Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

Situé au bord du lac d’Annecy, à Bredannaz (commune de DOUSSARD), dans une petite résidence familiale nous louons notre duplex de 75 m². Au rez de chaussée : - cuisine ouverte équipée, salon avec canapé, TV, poêle. Cette grande pièce s’ouvre sur une terrasse aménagée (transat, table et chaises, parasol, barbecue) laquelle surplombe la route du bord du lac. - salle de bain et wc À l’étage : - 3 chambres - une salle d’eau avec wc et lave main.

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

Petit chalet d'alpage d'environ 60 m2, situé à 1200m d'altitude. Un site exceptionnel, isolé en pleine nature. Situé à 20 min de Thônes, 45 min d'Annecy, de la Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Possibilité de nombreuses randonnées été comme hiver. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature.
