Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

You may choose Alton Towers, just over half an hour car journey, the Peak District National park, 19 miles away, or short walk to the local pub for a meal and refreshments.

This newly built attached annexe is a private, open plan living space, just up the road from Burton Town centre with easy access to local amenities and stunning views towards Derbyshire. You will be able to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis, relax in front of the Tv, or get on with a spot of work in the large open plan living space, including: a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

A beautifully appointed apartment sitting above the popular Vin-X Wine Tasting Cellar in the heart of the Staffordshire village of Barton Under Needwood. The village has excellent road and rail links and sits on the edge of the stunning Peak District National Park. The apartment is recently renovated and has all of the comforts of your own home with a small courtyard seating area to include lighting and heating.
