Nutberry, Countryside 1 Bedroom Farm Cottage

A simple comfortable little traditional Cottage in a rural location yet close to Beccles and Bungay Town. Our small Cottage offers simple, comfortable accommodation. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, living and dining areas with a double bed, creating a practical and easy-to-use space for couples or solo travellers. The cottage also has a separate private bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their visit, and parking for one car is available if required.

The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

In glorious countryside on Norfolk/Suffolk border between Bungay & Loddon. A double room (Kingsize bed), large e-s shower room. Microwave, small fridge (in hall) (no sep sink for washing up but a washing up bowl) coffee machine & kettle. Annex part of our house with priv. entrance on ground flr. I need use of my study in day (I need to walk thru the hall) All doors have locks. Plenty of parking, lovely garden you can use. Outdoor seating & Tennis court. 5 mins from Loddon.

The Studio at Stone House

A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
