The accommodation consists of a well equipped kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Close by is a quiet sitting area with a lock up shed for bikes etc. The large bedroom is spacious with a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured as a single or twin. A cot can be provided on request. bed linen and towels are provided and heating and electric costs are included in the rental charge. Sorry no pets. Built in 1893 the property has been lovingly transformed into a luxury contemporary holiday apartment which oozes character and charm. Once inside, the rooms are all on one level. There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

Dog friendly 🐕 Sunnyside was built in 1840, newly renovated, the property has flagged floors downstairs and floorboards upstairs. Quirky and cosy! Open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!
