Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Situato a Orvieto, a 300 metri dal Duomo, l'Appartamento Manassei è un appartamento in un palazzo storico con ampia cucina, soggiorno, 2 camere da letto con due letti matrimoniali king-size e la possibilità di aggiungere due letti singoli. Ogni camera è dotata di un bagno privato molto grande. L'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza ed a disposizione degli ospiti vi è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole nel centro di Orvieto.

Simona’s house in the woods - Villa Boutique

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
