Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river. There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

There are extensive walking and bike trails, out the back gate and along the bush tracks you will find numerous sandbars, swimming and boating spots along the Murray River.

A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
