New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.
