Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

Infinity villa, amazing sea views!

Infinity Natura Villa is a secluded, luxurious cave villa offering complete privacy and panoramic sea views. It benefits from being located close to the island’s best beaches, and only 2kms from Athani village and 1km from a number of tavernas. It features three ensuite bedrooms, a guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas. Outdoors, guests can enjoy stunning views from the infinity pool, relax on sunbeds, and dine al fresco with a gas BBQ.

3 Bedroom Apartment with Sea and Garden View

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.
