This suite is located in the 3rd level of the house (we live on the lower portion of the house). The outside area is secured by outdoor security cameras. Park in the driveway. (We park on the left side). No parties, smoking, drugs & pet/service/emotional support animals allowed. The bedroom has a King size bed and a private bathroom. The backyard is less than 50 yards from the beautiful Greenway Trail and Harbins park. We are close to I-85, 316, US-78, and Sugarloaf Parkway.
