The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Remote Barn House on Lone Mound Ranch

Built in the Northeast 1/4 of our 70+ yr old barn, the Barnhouse is a two story cabin with two bedrooms, full bathroom downstairs and half bath upstairs, full kitchen, two large decks, and a patio/grilling area. There is a queen bed and a twin in one bedroom upstairs and a queen in the other, a large comfortable couch and camp cots available for sleeping downstairs. Fully immersive ranch experience as the Barnhouse is part of our working barn which adjoins our cowpens, stack lot, and tack room.

Avenue K

Avenue K is a newly remodeled home in northwest Childress. Surprisingly spacious two bedroom one bath home with a garage, a patio, and a private back yard. Use the game room to set up your computer and work, or play games with the family. There is a futon which can be an extra bed for 1 or 2 children. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a few blocks away. Located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, you can feel safe and secure. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Experience a time when life was less complicated in this "Vintage Eclectic" 1950's style home. Original oak floors with vintage decor from the 50's gives one an idea of what life was like to live on the Mother Road. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.
