Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

A rejuvenated listed old wash house in the picturesque Norfolk countryside village of Denver. This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe.

Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

This 4 berth cabin has an open plan layout which features a kitchenette, dining table, fixed double bed, pull out sofa bed and a door leading to the bathroom with full size shower. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave with grill and undercounter fridge. Charcoal Barbecues & Fire Pits available upon request. Bedding is provided, please bring your own towels.
