Badger's View Cottage Farmstay

Escape to our country cottage on a 130 acre sheep farm. Enjoy modern comforts, stunning country views with close proximity to the charming towns of Latrobe and Sheffield. Just 20 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania and a 1 hour drive to Cradle Mountain. Wild Mersey Mountain Bike trail is opposite our driveway giving enthusiasts quick access. The Top Paddock

Welcome to the top paddock! This is glamping with a side of real camping in the Tasmanian bush. Goats and sheep will stroll around and you have over 20 acres all to yourself to explore. We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

The Bach At Crayfish

Relax, long walks, swim and enjoy. Private, great views of beach. Only 12 minutes from Stanley, 20 mins from Smithton, which has a large supermarket. 25 minutes from Wynyard. Rockycape Taven, great meals only just 5 minutes away. Plus 2 petrol stations that do take away and groceries. Explore this lovely area, with heaps to see and do. Or just kick back and relax. Situated right by the main highway in Crayfish Creek. Being right next to highway there is some traffic noise. Checkout 10.30 am.

The Stone House

The Stone House is set in 24 acres of natural Tasmanian bush in the Arthur Pieman Reserve. This is in the pristine Tarkine Wilderness area. The Stone House is made of stone, beautiful timber and earth rammed walls. We have made a rough track around our block, please explore. The grasslands are home to Bennetts Wallabies, pademelons, tassie devils, wombats, quolls and possums as well as the magnificent wedge tailed and sea Eagles. The coast is wild and untamed and ready to be explored.

Buttons Cottage for nature, stargazing & wildlife

This 19th century 2 bedroom homestead is an idyllic scenic secluded haven. Slow down to taste the fresh clean air & wonder at the vast night sky. The stars are amazing. Go platypus spotting, for waterfall rainforest walks, or book farm animal visits. Escape the everyday to relax, rejuvenate & be surrounded in nature. Located in the picturesque north west Tasmania hinterland Buttons Cottage is 15 minutes drive to the Leven Canyon wild river, 20 to the coast, & 60 to Cradle Mtn.

It is home to Galloway cattle and long term resident Jonesy, the English Pointer, who loves visitors! 'Mistover' is situated along the Murchison Highway, 20 kms from Burnie/Wynyard Airport and is on the doorstep of the Tarkine Wilderness!
