(see house rules for wood burner usage) TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED Check in and out times sometimes can be altered to your needs . Ask when booking . The location is a mile away from a pub and 1.5 from a local supermarket. It’s down a track and very secluded . Don’t expect suburbia. No TOWELS provided .

Welcome to The Culm, our cosy 1 bed maisonette situated in lovely Devon in the Blackdown Hills an AONB. The Culm benefits from its own entrance and parking for 2 cars. We are lucky to be surrounded by glorious countryside with many walks on our door step. We are located on the outskirts of the village of Hemyock. Make the most of our lovely 13m indoor heated swimming pool, pool table and sauna (shared with owners). Dog friendly 🐶 We are situated between the north and south coasts.

This North Wing to West House has been made into a comfortable studio flat with kitchen and beautiful en-suite bathroom including roll top bath and walk in shower. There is a further Air BnB opposite and another beneath. Access is up a stairs. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals and more this is an unusual place to stay with plenty going on and choices of places to visit and things to do. Not suitable for children. Cafe closed for renovation.

The Potting Shed is part of the original Gardners Buildings of a large country house. Beautifully updated to provide a truly snug and romantic place to stay. A log burner is the focal point of the lounge/living area as well as exposed wooden beams and stonework. Wifi, Smart TV and all you will need for a memorable get away. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue!
