(not in view of each other) A beautiful little annex with its own access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.
