Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Coiler Creek Cottage

Coiler creek cottage is a renovated farmhouse self contained with no neighbors for 500 m. Free WiFi. Air conditioned. Just relax in the country or walk along the creek bank. Fully furnished with linen supplied, well equipped kitchen just bring your own food or go out for meals at Deloraine or Sheffield. You could base your holiday here and do day trips to Cradle mountain ,Launceston, North West coast ,Western tiers, wine routs central to all of these. Discounts apply for 5 night stays .

The cottage is conveniently situated within a 15-minute drive to Sheffield Township and a 45-minute drive to Cradle Mountain, making it a perfect place to take a break during your travels. Blackwood Cottage is the perfect place to use as a base for outdoor adventures or as a place to relax in front of the fireplace.
