It is perfectly located between the villages of Bowness on Windermere and Windermere, a short ten minute stroll either way to all of the local amenities and the lake. The sitting room, kitchen & dining room are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly installed bathrooms are on the 1st floor and a TV room and utility room are in the cellar.
