Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. The Gardner’s Shed is self-contained with access through our well kept garden. Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Annies Weaving Room

The apartment is a recent creation in a building occupied by a weaving business at the turn of the last century run by a lady designer named Annie Garnet. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a modern kitchen and shower room. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an opening 'Juliet' balcony facing towards the lake. It has its own reserved parking space and is just 200 yards from the centre of the busy village of Bowness and the waterfront of Windermere itself.
