Fully remodeled in 2024, LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access by stairwell down to a small private beach directly on Lake Erie. Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

Welcome to a timeless retreat by the water - a century-old home that marries modern comfort with historic allure. The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. The light and airy kitchen include quartz countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The spacious bedrooms, living area, and dining room are caressed by daylight, creating an ambiance that is both uplifting and soothing.

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, Alpine Valley Skiing, and adjacent to Bass Lake's amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 4 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome. We have the highest reviews/year in the area!

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

If you are looking for charm, and quiet relaxing comfort, this 384 sq. ft. cabin with exposed cedar beams is your perfect overnight or weekend retreat. Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Quiet Cabin In The Woods

Secluded lakefront fishing cabin on 30 acres offers the very definition of a quiet oasis in the woods. This home lays at the end of a mile long private drive on over 11 acres of manicured lawn surrounded by 300 year old oak trees. The lake, only feet from your front door, contains bass, bluegill, perch and catfish offering both adults and children alike a wonderful opportunity to cast a line and relax while blue heron and eagles nest in the nearby trees.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
