Livin on the Edge Cabin in Albert Pike, Beautiful!

Our Livin on the Edge cabin was built in 2023 and is located in the heart of Albert Pike Recreation area. Come relax and unwind with the family and make memories at this peaceful place to stay. You’ll love sitting by the fire roasting s’mores or reading a good book on the deck overlooking the running creek. Our cabin sleeps eight people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed. Living room has a Queen pull out sofa.

Relax in the natural beauty and peaceful environment of this quaint cabin overlooking the upper Caddo River, bordering the Ouachita National Forest near Norman, AR and Lake Ouachita. Close by activities include nearby Lake access and marinas around Mt. Ida, crystal digging, Forest access for hiking, biking, ATV riding and canoeing along the Caddo River at nearby Caddo Gap and Glenwood, among many other activities and amenities in the popular tourist areas including Hot Springs National Park.

The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. WOLF PEN has 35 miles of trails, and a trailhead is less than 1/2 mile away- ride directly from the cabin, no trailering needed. Relax in the hot tub, unwind by the firepit or on the BBQ pit. Adventure and relaxation await!

This property offers fishing ponds, private four-wheeler trails, and a private creek. This is the perfect place to visit if you want to take a break from life! This is a two bedroom, two bath cabin with a hot tub on the back deck. Cabin comes with Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also a fire pit and charcoal grill.

Come unplug and relax at our cozy little cabin in the woods. The cabin was originally built, by hand, by our family almost 50 years ago. A few years ago, we had the chance to purchase the cabin again, and have fully remodeled it (all of the work was by those original builders!). It has become our rustic getaway with modern conveniences. We hope you love it as much as our family does!
