Isabel’s Cottage is owned by Lisa & Ivan. We live just next door. Located on the edge of the Lake District, tucked away in the old part of Great Broughton, on a quiet lane just off the Main Street with lovely walks along the River Derwent right from the doorstep & views over the river & western fells. Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

The Ullswater View

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Formerly The Ullswater View Guest House has been transformed to a stylish self catering accomodation. Perfect for groups and families. The property is has amazing views of Ullswater and surrounding fells. Situated in the hamlet of Watermillock, five miles from Glenridding and three miles from Pooley Bridge. It has a large car park and a terrace for you to sit and enjoy the view. Keswick is twenty minutes away and Windermere forty minutes.

Characterful Chapel Cottage - Lake District

Chapel Cottage, Distington on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria. Built in 1838, originally an outbuilding for a Methodist Chapel which has undergone a full renovation and conversion into a quirky 1 bedroom house which is filled with amazing features and full of character! A modern take on a historic building, keeping some of the original heritage but with a modern contemporary feel! The ideal getaway location for a relaxed break near the lakes, with local amenities. Come and enjoy!

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

The property is just a short walk from the Lakes Distillery. Fishing, available at nearby Bassenthwaite Lake. TAN HOWE DYKE features landscaped garden and patio.

The Sparrow cottage is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful fells. Head outside to the private dining area overlooking countryside and fell views. Watch the newborn lambs being born in springtime and listen to the beautiful birds all year round. On a lovely starry night enjoy a soak in your luxury private hot tub with a glass of bubbles and a good book.
