Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (one king bed and one full size bed) + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 square feet originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. You are just outside of the city enough to relax but close to shopping, dinning and entertainment offered in town. The house sleeps nine people, has two full washrooms and a beautiful deck for enjoying a meal or watching the sunset. If you are looking for a quiet retreat this is the perfect place.

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this upper level two bedroom unit located in a family friendly centrally located home. Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a 50” Smart TV, a separate desk for working and a fireplace for ambiance (not functioning).

Cozy Cabin Home-Peaceful Farm Retreat & Private

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests. It sits on our 6-acre property beside our home, and we’ve put a lot of care and love into renovating it. We really hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life!
