The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Seasonal activities include live music and twilight cinema.
