At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

This fabulous adults only retreat-style home boasts an enviable location, striking design, heated plunge pool and 270 degree views. A 5 minute walk to both Killcare beach and the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay in a secluded yet central location on the edge of the National Park with beautiful beach, bay and bush views. NEST AT BLUE BAY is a luxury couples accommodation situated in the middle of the two spectacular bays, Blue Bay and Toowoon Bay. Both beaches are just a 5 minute stroll away with the trendy local cafes and boutique restaurants in the village less than 200m away. Sunsets by the lake a must, 20 minute walk. The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Blue Salt Cottage is a newly renovated 1940s two bedroom sandstone cottage with spectacular views of Pittwater and within walking distance of Whale Beach and a short drive to Palm Beach. This charming farmhouse/coastal cottage is family-friendly & the perfect place for a couples getaway . Our entertaining deck & BBQ area has sweeping views of Pittwater. Inside, guests can enjoy a separate lounge room with a wood fire & TV with foxtel. Fully-furnished kitchen eat in kitchen & supplied BBQ.

Tides Reach Boathouse - water access only

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Nestled within Berowra Waters park the Berowra Waters Glass House offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six people. All rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. With spacious balconies extending from the kitchen and living areas, you can take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views. NOTE: Water ACCESS only - we take care of your pick-up and drop off

Terrumbula

Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.
