Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

The Drey; Luxury Holiday Cabin With Hot Tub & Fire

Set in the Northumberland National Park, this attractive wooden cabin has been fully renovated inside with plenty of little touches to make our guests feel right at home. Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms (one a kids room) the property is located on the edge of a small lodge park in Otterburn with woodland walks and plenty of wildlife on the doorstep; including our neighbourly red squirrels! The cabin has a wood burning stove, hot tub and extended deck to the front, and pubs and a general store nearby.

We have recently updated our Dairy cottage, by fitting an new kitchenand new windows ! Our Dairy cottage has a double room and a twin room, a modern bathroom, and a cosy living/dining/kitchen area with Smart TV and a wood burning stove ----- the stove is just for fun, there is gas central heating as well to keep it toasty warm. Set on a working sheep farm, the cottage is a great base for local attractions like Beamish Museum, Durham and Hadrian's wall.

The GREAT ESCAPE is a new lodge (2018), it comes with private decking and enclosed indulgent hot tub. This lodge is a 2 bedroom luxury lodge, Ideal for a relaxing break. The harbour has a popular sunday market with fish and chip and and ice cream shops. This is an ideal spot to explore the stunning Heritage Coast of Northumberland or perhaps take a boat ride over to Coquet.
