Bella Cottage is the perfect base for exploring all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including wineries, breweries, hot springs, island ferries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Bella Cottage is close to HMAS Cerberus. 7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops.
