Welcome to our beautiful & quiet studio apartment located in the Denver Tech Center area. Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A separate lower level (private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, tv, living room) is available at an extra $100/night. All pricing for this home is for 4 guests. Addt'l guest will be charged a fee of $50 pp pn up to 8 guests. I've spent the last decade designing the perfect retreat, a place to relax and unwind.

Perched at 8,600 ft, our special getaway is tucked among the trees in Evergreen, CO. There is no shortage of epic hiking and mountain biking trails here. We are also a 15-minute drive from ice-skating/kayaking at Evergreen Lake and downtown. For summer concert goers, Red Rocks is a 35 min drive from the property. At night, relax with a book and a glass of wine by the fire. Cap the night off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We think this is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
