Welcome to Cherry Pip a unique & exotic getaway. Ideally suited to 2 people/+baby wanting a relaxing stay in a fabulous location with far reaching views. Great base for Golfers, Walkers, Surfers and Artists. Only 10 min drive to Saunton beach., 15 mins to Croyde. We are onsite & available for any help & advice if needed. Excellent restaurants/pubs within a 15 minute walk away down a country lane. We have a sweeping drive but once at the property it's level as is the Suite . Sorry no pets

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Braunton Breaks - 'The Snug'

"The 'Snug' is a charming and cozy cottage located in Braunton Village, just a few minutes away from local shops and restaurants. The beach is a short five-minute drive away, and your furry companions can also join in for a seaside retreat! Our 'Snug' features a spacious kitchen/dining/living area adorned with beautiful decorations. For delightful sunny evenings, we provide a BBQ for outdoor dining. The bedroom offers the perfect cozy cottage ambiance that you'll experience at 'The Snug'."

Self-contained studio close to beaches in Braunton

Recently refurbished bolt hole located just 2 miles from the glorious beaches of Saunton and Croyde. We offer a studio room with a separate entrance & on street parking. There is a luxurious king-size bed, Large TV, dining table, sofa and a large walk in en-suite shower. The Kitchen area has a sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher & a small fridge freezer. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a chilled start to your day and a relaxing end to it.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

With breathtaking views, simple modern furnishing and your own private sun deck, this self-contained apartment attached to a family home is the perfect place to chill in between trips to the beautiful beaches of North Devon's Atlantic coast. In a few minutes' walk you can be in the centre of Braunton, enjoying the cafes and surf shops. Saunton Sands is a short drive away and days out exploring are within easy reach. You even have a cricket pitch as your back yard!

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
