Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Red Barn Loft Accommodation

Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. Sorry we can’t take wedding groups or pets and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Nestled on 10 acres in Gembrook, this private barn is spacious & exudes rustic charm. Within an hour's drive of Melbourne, you'll stay amongst gums where the birdsong is often the only sounds you'll hear. Native wildlife is abundant and often passing through. The township of Gembrook is only a 5 minute drive & boasts fine dining at the Independent, cafes, and more. Puffing Billy is a regular visitor to the railway station. The Tiny House in the Rain Forest

A self contained tiny house situated among rainforest of the Yarra ranges. The forest surrounds us by three sides, with one neighbour next door. There are plenty of tracks to go walking. Ideal if your into bird watching, bush walking, or hiking. All our water comes from the little Yarra rivers tributaries so it's clean, untreated and fresh. The house stays very warm in winter with a cozy wood fire and cool in the summer shaded by a large beech tree.

Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
