Truly an "Old Florida" experience with original pine floors, Florida room and covered porches, as well as updated kitchen and bathroom. This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

Beautiful 2 bed 1 bath luxury condo on the Gulf of Mexico. We are steps from the beach. Unit has partial water view. Beautiful state of the art kitchen and luxurious furnishings. Everything you need for your perfect vacation. Totally non-smoking unit. Come and stay with us. This is a second floor walk up condo. There are 27 steps. May not be suitable for the elderly or small children. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am Our maximum occupancy is 4 people including children.

This lovely 3 bedroom, with 2 or 2-1/2-bathroom modern chic condo hotel suite accommodates 7 people between 3 bedrooms-- 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin, and the full-sized sofa bed and has a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. If the ocean air and waves don’t lull you to sleep, each of the 3 beds features a Nectar mattress for a wonderful night’s sleep. All of the common areas in this lovely condo have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Please note twin bedroom does not have a window.

Our studio has a King Bed, as well as a microwave, mid-size fridge, regular coffeemaker and toaster. We do not provide kitchen utensils, paper towels etc. but you’ll find tons of amazing local restaurants just a short walk away. We offer a heated Pool and free parking for our guests on site. We have a brand-new Pickle ball court and Playground on one side and a public pool and tennis court on the other. We are just short stroll to historic Pier 60 and vibrant beach nightlife.

Two assigned parking spaces (one under the building and second uncovered).
