A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

It is solar heated from mid December to end of February. The space features new bathroom, tv, comfy “koala”queen size bed, split system heating and cooling.

The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY . Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
