We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located characteristic place. You are in the countryside, in a rural area. You can walk to the lake (Markermeer) and have a swim. There are some restaurants, the famous cheese-market and you can rent a boat to see Edam through te canals. You can visit beautiful old villages near by on our bikes. In twenty kilometers you are in Amsterdam city. There is a very good connection by bus, it takes twenty minutes. A comfortable chance to visit the museums.

Deze studio is gelegen op 200 meter van het centrum van Alkmaar, 200 meter van het station , ongeveer 3 kilometer van Bergen en ongeveer 6 kilometer van Egmond . Zij staat in de tuin van onze stadsvilla. De studio heeft een eigen opgang . Een groot dakterras wordt gedeeld met de gezellige bewoners van de stadsvilla . Aan de straat is de mogelijkheid om uw elektrische auto op te laden . Mocht er geen plaats zijn aan de straat dan is een parkeerplaats voor uw auto op het eigen terrein.
