Das Haus (65qm) liegt im Südosten Teneriffas in Abades, also auf der sonnigeren Seite der Insel. Sie wohnen ca. 1- 2 Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, sowie zwei Tauchschulen, Spielplätze, Tennisplätze und Vieles mehr. Der Sandstrand ist überraschend wenig frequentiert und eignet sich super zum Baden, Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohn-Essküche und eine sehr schöne und sonnige Terrasse (56qm).

On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool.
