Street parking and bike paths are directly outside. The Yarra River, Fairfield Boathouse and Darebin Parklands are all close by.

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
