Enjoy the quiet & beautiful Texas hill country in our 440 square foot unit. Just 4 minutes from Boerne City Center. AC/Heat, Kitchenette. This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

The Historic Hotel on Main-The Lauren Suite

Newly renovated! Boutique hotel located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in downtown Comfort. Our 1890 Hotel has been lovingly restored in April 2018. The Lauren Suite is located on the second floor, a quick trip up the exterior staircase. Your private entrance leads to a relaxing living/dining area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, two bedroom, and two bath suite. This suite has two, large flat screen TVs with Direct TV. Walking distance to wedding venues, restaurants, shops and wineries.

A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

Suite 1 Apartment at Brickner Guest House

This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

Kerrville Getaway

Kerrville Getaway is an all electric ground floor apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac,2 miles off IH-10 and with off street parking for 2 vehicles. It is in the city of Kerrville close to parks, restaurants, golfing , wineries , James Avery Jewelry tours, and the Guadalupe River. You’ll love the place because of the hilly neighborhood, the outdoors space with deer,the patio area, the comfy bed and a large walk-in shower.Kerrville Getaway is good for couples, children(2),solo adventurers.

The Perfect Getaway: Fabulous riverfront location! Private apt that is a peaceful getaway on the Guadalupe River. Take the stairs to fish/launch your kayak. Grill in your private patio after a day of exploring the riverwalk, Kerrville Schreiner Park, breweries and wineries. This Luxury boutique apartment is truly unique, though we are not a typical bed and breakfast because we DO NOT serve breakfast, we are above and beyond your typical B&B in that we offer high end bedding, plush furnishings, as well as a Keurig and coffee, because let's face it we need coffee! Completely refinished with Rachel Ashwell Couture furnishings and 2 large baths, it is the perfect setting for a girls get-a-way or romantic weekend.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
