Relax at this quaint 10-acre family farm just outside of town. Only 5 minutes from top-tier Texas BBQ and shopping, you can experience it all or just slow down and simplify. Just 15 minutes from Lake Granger, feel free to bring your boat for skiing or fishing while you’re here. Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
