There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 20-30 minute walk and it's just one block from entrances to the Stephenson Nature Preserve for a peaceful walk in the trees.

The ‘Chalet’ is in the Timberwood Park area in north San Antonio - a great location for business travelers and vacationers alike. It has easy access to HW281 and Loop 1604, with Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the famous San Antonio Riverwalk just a short drive away. Great for getting away from it all and resting, or using as home base while exploring San Antonio and New Braunfels. Our house is a private oasis. A sanctuary located on the wing dam of the Comal River, you'll have the chance to experience the river like never before. Alma del Rio

Alma del Rio built in 1866 is located within a beautifully renovated home in the tree-lined King William Historic District, just south of downtown San Antonio. The San Antonio River is across the street with paths to downtown and missions. There is no full kitchen. It has a coffee maker. Microwave. Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Dishes need to be washed in the bathroom. Or left on the counter dirty when you leave.

Angel’s place

The guest suite is part of the house but with own separate entrance with private bathroom, living room, walking closet, dining table with two chairs, small refrigerator, microwave queen bed, divided as an apartment, and with own designated parking in the driveway.
