The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Access is via boat and we provide a tinny, kayaks & SUP. We are close to renowned restaurants like Peat's Bite, Berowra Waters Inn & A Chef Secrets.

The Milking Shed

The Milking Shed is a cosy cabin in the lush green hills and beautiful vistas of the Hawkesbury region north-west of Sydney. The cabin is built on the side of a hill and looks directly into a small forest of eucalypts - perfect for trying to spot one of our regular koala visitors. It is 200m past the main house on the property, and completely private. Curl up with a book, feed a donkey, pour a wine, cuddle a corgi, or sit on the deck take in the country. It is a million miles from care.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

10 GUEST MAXIMUM. This outstanding 60 acre property is nestled at the very end of a small valley & surrounded on three sides by the Dharug National Park. The Hawkesbury River and the village of Spencer is a short stroll down the driveway. There is a solar heated Zodiac Mineral pool and lounging options on the pool deck. A solar blanket extends the swimmable months. EASTER IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS. XMAS AND NEW YEARS EVE WEEKS ARE A MINIMUM 6 NIGHT STAY.
