Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

Queen size hybrid bed, work desk w/office chair, tons of USB connections, microwave and quiet mini fridge in room, 50" smart TV, quiet remote control fan, smart knob on room door for security. Private bathroom has custom glass shower with fresh towels provided. Home is located in a loop so very low thru traffic so very quiet day and night. I have a doorbell camera monitoring my front door and the front porch of the house.
