You can cook inside or out, has a wood burning stove, WiFi and TV, inside and outside games. You can take long walks down a tree-lined road or just sit on the porch and relax. This rustic retreat offers a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the open air loft (low ceiling), & a queen size fold out couch. There is 1 bathroom, full kitchen, & washer/dryer for your convenience. **No Pets, No Smoking Inside** (We have 10 listings on this property to choose from.) *New laundry facilities nearby for all cabin guests*

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

*NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp. We allow pets (up to 2) for a $125 flat fee.
