The condo has additional shared amenities including a large outdoor deck overlooking the Comal River, BBQ grills, and picnic tables. Located directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and walking distance to last tubers exit and Downtown New Braunfels.

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
