L'appartamento, su due piani, è composto da un grande soggiorno con due divani (di cui uno può diventare letto matrimoniale) e un grande tavolo. Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama.
