Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during shop hours 12-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday.

Come and enjoy the country atmosphere, just 4 miles from the city. The Country Place sits on 2 acres of a 25 acre farm. On another section of the 25 acres there is a RV with tenant. You will have private use of all amenities for the Country Place
