Over looking Picnic Arm and Lake Victoria resides a tranquil retreat inviting you to relax and focus on self care. The Wool House is a luxury studio for two adults on a working sheep farm in East Gippsland, the home of 'Forge Creek Lamb!' The studio boasts a spacious living area, a kitchen for the discerning chef, a large ensuite with floor heat & walk through shower, king bed with wool bedding, covered carport, all abilities access, jetty access & berth available and stunning water/farm views.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay located one street back from the lake. Walking distance to the supermarket, coffee shop, playground & skate park & yet only a 5 min drive to the 90 mile beach. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed & bunk beds. There is a front undercover verandah as well as a back deck.
