Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Whether you're en route to the Bellarine Peninsula, Sorrento ferry, or heading down the Great Ocean Road, this is the perfect stopover, our shared driveway allows drive in and drive out easy access, the photos provided show my Boat on its trailer. The car and the boat are approximately 16 m long. We regularly accommodate Trailer’s of all sizes.
