Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Dejligt sommerhus på den Østjyske Reviera. Her findes hvide sandstrande og det dejligste badevand. Stranden ligger en lille gå tur på 400 meter fra sommerhuset. Du kan leje dette lille hyggelige sommerhus, til din og din families ferie. Huset er på 48 m2, det er bygget i 2018, indeholder stue/køkken soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. I forbindelse til den store terrasse er der et flot anneks med 3/4 sovepladser. Du skal selv bringe linned, håndklæder mm.

Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Placeret direkte på den børnevenlige Dyngby/Saxild Strand finder du dette helt unikke og nyrenoverede 60'er sommerhus med fokus på at skabe en eksklusivt, og hyggelige indretning. 5 meter fra stranden finder du en fantastisk udesauna med uforstyret kig ud over strand og hav. Huset ligger 30 meter tilbagetrukket fra stranden, så man ugeneret kan dyrke udelivet og nyde den store og smukke træterasse. Terassen kan tilgås fra både køkken og stue og er et naturligt samlingspunkt om sommeren.

Lejlighed ved havnefronten med fri parkering

En smuk udsigt over havet mod Djursland og Riis Skov. I første række og med frit udsyn ud over havet og man ser ofte træning/kapsejlads i hav området lige ude foran. Der er ganske få meter til et forfriskende hav bad ved badebroen foran Lighthouse. Boligen fremstår moderne i sit udtryk med vægge i rå beton og indeholder et toilet, køkken og spiseplads på nederste plan. På første sal er der badeværelse, soveafdeling med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stuen - der kan slås ud til 2 personer.

Arkitekttegnet fritidshus tæt på strand og Aarhus

For vores familie er det mere end bare et hus. Det er et varmt, kærligt og afslappet kram. Et frirum fra dagligdagen og bylivets fart. Her kan vi slå ud med armene, mærke sandet mellem tæerne, høre bølgeskvulp i ørene døgnet rundt, tage på badeture og gåture ved stranden og i skoven. Det giver ro til at skrive, læse, lege, nyde og reflektere. Vi har haft huset siden 2016, og i 2023 byggede vi et helt nyt arkitekttegnet hus på grunden. Vi håber, I vil nyde det lige så meget som os.

It's a 221m2 restored farmhouse from 1865 with a lot of charm and character. Groundfloor consits of kitchen with gasstove, dining area, sitting area, three bedrooms, a wood stove and a bathroom. First floor contains a great sitting area with 9 persons couch for the whole family and big tv-screen for chilling (Netflix and Disney+), an extra bathroom, two bedrooms. Both the dining area and the master bedroom has direct acces to the large wooden terrace and garden.
