Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

Amazing views from the condo and it sit on the catch and release lagoon and has a great fishing area with hammocks, night lighting.. A short walk over to dunes and you can walk over dunes on trails right onto beach or by car a 2 minute drive.
