Abington Farm Bed & Breakfast is situated on a 36-acre property, in the middle of a dairy farm. It provides an incredible view of country living in a very modern setting. The Rainbow Cottage overlooks the Rainbow Creek and the Great Dividing Range: a perfect backdrop to watch the sunset after a great day of exploring the local Gippsland region.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.
